Lim Neo Chian
Lim Neo Chian is a Singaporean business executive and former army general. He was the Chief of the Singapore Army from 1992–1995 and held the rank of Major-General. After retiring from active military service, he held both executive and non-executive positions in various organisations, including the Jurong Town Corporation, Economic Development Board, ST Engineering, Singapore Tourism Board and Singapore Cruise Centre.
==Education==
Lim graduated from the University of Sheffield in 1975 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He also attended the Program for Management Development and the Advanced Management Program in Harvard Business School in 1988 and 2002 respectively.
